About Us
Koala kids was established in 2009 and is an independent Enrichment Center, kindergarten, preschool and nursery. It provides a fun, friendly and challenging environment for children in the age range from 3-6 year olds.
Koala Kids is a recognized Cambridge English Beacon Kindergarten and is a Cambridge English Exam preparation center.
Our aim is to help each individual child enjoy learning in a safe and caring environment. As they progress through the school, we prepare them for a seamless transition to both local and International schools.
Our curriculum meets the demands and needs of students in the Asia Pacific region. In addition to offering a modern topic-based curriculum we are known for our small group classes and family orientated environment. Koala Kids adapts various approaches to learning and stimulates student’s independence, discovery, and social interaction. Children are encouraged to take initiative in order to develop self-esteem, social competence and become more independent.
The learning and development of each child is not restricted to the classroom setting but extends to our play area, music classes, taekwondo classes and via outings where children can explore the world around them. These environments allow children the opportunity to explore, broaden their curiosity and allows them to be more independent and creative learners.

Our Approach (Our Philosophy)
Koala kids follows both an international and local school curriculum. It focuses on the development of the whole child using multiple approaches to learning. Students are not desk bound as they learn through hands on explorations and via multi-sensory experiences or approaches. Learning truly comes alive with activity-based instruction. Children are able to interact and engage with the subject matter taught more extensively and naturally. Lessons are fun and highly energetic, keeping children motivated as they learn. Our qualified teachers ensure that all our children reach developmental milestones through a fun and interactive approach to learning. Group and individual activities are blended to provide a balance of skills and experiences for your child.
Our approach is to foster a love of learning, problem solving, experimentation an inquisitiveness to provide a solid foundation for your child’s future.
